At the time she left she was a shareholder in the corporation and had practiced primarily in the areas of general business litigation, including antitrust and securities fraud in both federal and state court. Deborah was admitted to the State Bars of Oklahoma and Texas, the Northern District of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
